Computer Science 580, Junior Seminar, Spring 2005

An introductory module of this course focuses on Managing Bibliographies with BibTeX and LaTeX. This module will ensure that you are comfortable with certain tools and the ACM Digital Library.

An introductory module of this course focuses on Experimentation and Data Visualization with Mathematica. This module will introduce students to the basics of the experimental evaluation of algorithms. This module will also ensure that students can use Mathematica to visualize data and create graphs that are viewable in LaTeX.

A single module of this course focuses on the issues related to Software Engineering and Distributed Systems. The paper assignments for this module are included on this page.
